  • Blat II: 200g zahar praf, 250g unt sau margarina, 1pliculet zahar vanilat, 4oua, 1/2 lingurita scortisoara, 270g faina, 3 lingurite praf de copt, 40g cacao, 500g mere
  • Crema de menta: 375ml lapte, 2 galbenusuri, 75g zahar, 40g faina
